Upon arrival we will need to discuss the following points with you:

• Check you have parked your Car correctly.
• Check your booking is correct.
• Check your ID.
• Take payment via cash or visa debit/credit card.
• Take breakfast details.
• Provide optional room service for stays over 2 nights.
• Provide a code for building access and a room key.
• Highlight No smoking and Respectful behaviour policies.
• Wi-Fi is available.
• Check in from 4pm until 6pm
